How do appointments work?
Choose a time that suits you and a specialist will prepare a private viewing based on what you’re looking for. Appointments typically last forty-five minutes to an hour, with no obligation to purchase.
Do I need an appointment to visit?
No — walk-ins are welcome during opening hours. On weekends we recommend booking ahead so a specialist is free the moment you arrive.
Which pieces can I try on?
The full current collection is available to try on, alongside a rotating selection of one-of-a-kind stones. Tell us ahead of your visit if there is something particular you’d like set aside.
Can you redesign a piece I already own?
Yes. Our workshop regularly resets heirloom stones into new settings. Bring the piece to your appointment and a designer will talk through the possibilities with you.
Is there parking nearby?
There is metered street parking on the surrounding streets, and several public car parks within a five-minute walk of the showroom.
How many people can I bring?
Appointments are intimate by design, but you are welcome to bring up to three guests — many engagement appointments include a partner, parent or close friend.
